Thayne’s leadership experience includes serving as Tech Advisor on the Keller Williams Tri-Lakes Agent Leadership Council (2020–2023) and as a member of the Southern Missouri MLS Tech Committee (2018–2021). He was a Director on the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors (2020–2023) and was re-elected for a second term (2026–2029), reflecting the ongoing trust in his leadership. Since 2022, he has also represented the industry as a Missouri Realtors® Director.
As a supporting member and volunteer with the Realtors® Political Action Committee, Thayne actively advocates for policies that protect homeowners, property rights, and the real estate profession. He was appointed as the 2026 Election Committee Chair, further demonstrating the trust placed in his leadership and his devotion to ethical governance in the industry.
